IMPORTANT NOTE: Please know that I am currently traveling the United States and other countries. I am being guided by Spirit to visit various sacred sites around the states that are completely off grid. There are days that I may not have connectivity and will have to reschedule appointments. I will let you know a couple days in advance via text message if I am unable to facilitate a session due to that reason. Mahalo for your understanding and support.

Establish a clear intent for session

Get clear about your healing goals. Think about what you want to change or achieve in your life. Is your goal to overcome an illness or dis-ease? Do you want to get rid of a particular fear? Are you having money problems and want to attract more abundance? Is there a relationship you need to heal or let go? Whatever you want to achieve, do you best to picture your desired outcome clearly. Don’t focus on the problem and how you got there. That’s old news. Focus instead on the ideal outcome. Envision the future reality you truly want to experience.

Be relaxed and well rested

Chances are that you’re not receiving regular weekly healing sessions. So, the session you have booked is kind of a big deal. Don’t waste it. Energy Healing works with subtle, non-physical energies, which means it will be difficult for you to receive the full benefits of a healing session when you’re overly tired, tensed or stress. Do you best to get a good night’s rest the night before your session.

Currently all session will be done online via ‘Zoom’ since I am currently traveling the states. If I am in your area and you are requesting an “in-person healing” session, please let me know via text message and DO NOT use the online booking system. Please ensure you download the app prior to you session to make sure that it works properly. If you are having issues, text me prior to your appointment so we can coordinate another means of communication. I will chat with you at the beginning of the session to understand goals, explain the session format, and answer your questions.

Be serious about your post session-self care

The effects and benefits of the energy healing session does not end when the session is over. Energy Healing helps you to release old thoughts, emotions and energetic patterns that no longer serve you and allows you to integrate new, higher vibrating frequencies on multiple levels-physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. This process takes time and usually unfolds in the days after a session, especially when you are asleep. To help you receive the highest good from your healing session, its best to give yourself some extra TLC. Drink a lot of water and get the amounts of rest your body needs. Listen to your body and take it easy. Be gentle with yourself. Energy Healing can stir up lots of emotions so don’t be alarmed if you experience some physical discomfort at all. You may not experience discomfort at all however, some symptoms can include headaches, abdominal cramps, feeling heavy or tired, body aches, low fever, or feeling the urge to go to the bathroom more than usual. Emotions may also arise. If you feel any of these reactions, remind yourself that this is all very common and is simply part of the healing process. Typically, any physical or emotional symptoms should dissipate in a couple of days. Just know that this is the body releasing and clearing things on a deep level down to the core of your DNA.

Self Care tips

Healing is a life-long journey. Once we heal one facet our or lives, another facet comes to the surface for our attention, love and healing. We all have the potential to heal ourselves in every way, however, I don’t believe we are supposed to do it alone. Part of the human adventure is learning to ask for help and allowing others to assist us. Yet, even when we seek out the service of energy healers and other practitioners, we need to consciously take responsibility for our own healing which means being aware of our eating habits and what kinds of energy we surround ourselves with.
