We are perfect beings of love and light. Sometimes we forget and lose these parts of ourselves when we are living in survival mode from day to day. 

This women-only overnight mini-retreat will be a deep dive into our own awakening DNA, and tapping into those parts that are transmitting Divine Love in and through this lifetime.

We will be discussing strategies to support our immune system and the detoxification of our physical body. Embracing our bodies' wisdom is essential to our overall balanced health.

Taking time out for self for these 24 hours will assist us to receive a clear vibrational frequency within the body, mind, field complex and help anchor in the I Am presence to allow expansion and healing on atomic and subatomic levels. Merging the mind, body, Spirit into One.
We will also immerse in sound as a healing vibration through chanting oli, singing wisdom codes from the Sanskrit tradition, listening to mo'olelo of the land and receiving the energies of Crystal and Tibetan sound bowls.

We will gather on the southern slopes of the Wai'anae mountains, nestled in a forest with commanding views of the southern and western coastline of O'ahu at Camp Palehua.

​This puʻuhonua (sanctuary) facilitates a deepened understanding of the ʻāina (the land) awakens a desire for stewardship in our community and beyond.
